What this is

Good Roles Only reads job postings and emails you the ones that look like a fit. It is free while it is being tested.

By using it you agree to what is on this page and to the privacy policy.

A score is a suggestion

Every match is a machine's opinion of a posting it read once. It will be wrong sometimes in both directions — a good job scored low, a bad one scored high.

Nothing here is career advice, and no decision about your working life should rest on a number we produced. Read the posting.

We do not promise a particular number of matches, or any at all. A quiet week means nothing cleared your bar, which is the system working.

What we ask of you

Two things, and both are about other people.

• Upload your own resume, not somebody else's.
• Do not try to reach other people's accounts, or scrape or resell what we send you.

What we do not promise

This runs on a schedule and on other companies' services. It will occasionally be late, and it will occasionally be down. It is provided as it is, with no warranty.

We do not owe you anything if a job you would have wanted did not reach you.

Stopping

Pause a search from the dashboard whenever you like, and it stops on the next check. To delete the account and everything in it, email codewcj@gmail.com — the privacy policy says exactly what goes.

We can close an account that is being used to attack the service or to upload other people's documents.

Changes

These and the privacy policy were last changed on 17 August 2026. If either changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
